Likely causes

  • The selected model’s quota was reached.
  • Project billing or API access needs attention.

Fix it in this order

  1. Open the Google AI Studio project associated with your key at aistudio.google.com.
  2. Check the quota and API access for the project.
  3. Wait for the quota window to reset or lower request frequency.
  4. Retry with a shorter source.

Quotas vary by model and account. Reduz uses Gemini 3.5 Flash-Lite for Google tasks.
