Connect DeepSeek to Reduz
Set up your DeepSeek API key for direct-provider summaries with local history.
To summarize with DeepSeek, add your own DeepSeek API key to Reduz.
- Create a provider key. Open platform.deepseek.com/api_keys and create a key in your DeepSeek account. Check its API access, balance, and usage limits.
- Add the key in Reduz. Install Reduz, open Settings, select DeepSeek, and paste the key into that provider’s row.
- Test the connection. Click Test. If authentication or balance fails, check the DeepSeek console before summarizing.
- Summarize a source. Open a readable article, PDF, or captioned video and choose Bullets, Post, or Full. Results are saved locally.
